Palm Springs Pride Youth Zone & Parade Walk
Youth Zone (November 7–8, 2026)
Safe Schools Desert Cities invites LGBTQ+ youth and allies ages 14–20 to the Youth Zone during Palm Springs Pride. Located within the Palm Springs Pride Festival grounds, the Youth Zone offers a fun, welcoming, and substance-free space to connect, celebrate, and express yourself.
Enjoy games, music, dancing, art activities, contests, free food and beverages, and opportunities to meet new friends from across the Coachella Valley and beyond. Health and wellness resources will also be available in a safe environment that is free from tobacco, alcohol, vaping, and drugs.
Pride Parade (November 8, 2026)
Join Safe Schools Desert Cities on Sunday, November 8, as we proudly lead hundreds of LGBTQ+ middle and high school students in the Palm Springs Pride Parade. This joyful celebration of visibility, diversity, and inclusion travels along Palm Canyon Drive before thousands of cheering spectators.
Students, families, educators, and supporters are invited to march together and show their pride while celebrating the strength and resilience of LGBTQ+ youth. The parade is free and open to all.
